If anyone lives in New York, West Virginia or elsewhere and commutes to DC, this would be a perfect place to stay during the week, Monday night through Thursday night, for $650 per month including utilities. - Safe and friendly neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants. - Pentagon City Mall and Metro are walking distance with more than 30 restaurants and stores including Harris Teeter, dry cleaner, Walgreens, coffee shops, and outdoor basketball and tennis courts. - Two story, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath brick duplex, with nice front and back yard including screened in front porch. - All areas are furnished and well appointed. - Two friendly cats already live here so no additional pets. Bedroom is in the basement w/ good-sized closet and furnished with bed, dresser, side table, desk and chair. Full access to kitchen, living room and dining room. Duct work causes some low spots in the ceiling so people over six feet may not be comfortable. Utilities are included: gas, electric, heat, central A/C, and water as well as wireless internet and monthly cleaning service.
